Recipes will be judged on taste, feasability to prepare as a restaurant item, and appearance when prepared. Recipes will be evaluated by judges that may include staff of PRISMM, LLC and members of the PHWMBA. Three recipes will be chosen as finalists. Recipes will be prepared and samples of the finalist recipes will be made available at Damon’s booth at the 12th Annual Perry Hall Town Fair on July 12th, 2008. Recipes will be voted on by the public at the Town Fair and the winner will be contacted by July 15th. Winning recipe will be featured on the menu at Damon’s Grill of Perry Hall for the month of August.
